How do I start and how much does it cost?
First of all, you are invited to try this method for free. The idea of using breathing exercises for the treatment of asthma is radical enough for many people. That is why we want you to try some of the techniques and see for yourself. Click here to download free information on how to unblock your nose and stop attacks without drugs.
If you have already done that and would like to proceed with the treatment, you will need to send us information on your condition. Please send us the following:
1. Your diagnosis. When were you diagnosed? Please describe your condition (your symptoms, how often the attacks happen, etc.)
2. What medications have you been taking? (how much, how often)
3. What is your control pause? (See info on how to take the control pause).What are your weight, height, blood pressure, pulse rate at rest?
When we receive this information from you, we will evaluate your condition and offer you a program of exercises to fit your needs. We will be maintaining contact via e-mail. You will be informing us on your progress, and we will give you feedback advising you how you can best do the exercises to improve your condition. This service costs $300 (US). However, it only becomes payable after you have had marked improvement and your improved condition has stabilized. We believe that these terms of payment are fair for our patients (and good for us, too, considering the 90+% success rate that the method has).
